Frank Segrave
Chief Executive Officer
Frank is a pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in pharmacy, sales, supply chain and logistics management, drug manufacturing, specialty drug distribution, purchasing, and managed care. Prior to starting Silvergate, Frank spent 19 years at Wal-Mart, with responsibility for the pharmacy division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. In addition, Frank was the President of Global Generics and EVP of Pharmaceutical Sourcing at Cardinal Health, responsible for all pharmaceutical purchasing.
Michael Beckloff
Chief Development Officer
With over 30 years of experience, Mike is an expert in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device development and regulatory science. Before joining Frank at Silvergate, Mike was instrumental in the worldwide development and regulatory approval of products spanning a broad range of therapeutic categories. He has worked with over 180 clients globally and has helped develop thousands of drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
Barry Barnard
Chief Financial Officer
Barry is a seasoned financial leader with more than 30 years of experience, including 21 years at Abbott Laboratories. As the CFO of Abbott Nutritional Products, Barry managed strategic and financial planning for the division, which grew to be the market leader in infant formula. His pediatric expertise and experience, which includes raising his own kids, are a perfect fit for Silvergate and its commitment to improving pediatric healthcare by developing and delivering high-quality medications for children.
